Once Trinity Motors enters the market with its EnergyMax, the Company will aggressively pursue licensing agreements with major motor and generator manufacturers, while continuing its research and development to further improve on efficiencies.  The Company will pursue the licensing alternative, because it would take years with substantial effort and capital to duplicate the manufacturing capabilities of an industry, comprised of hundreds of companies, producing conventional motors and generators in multiples of millions annually.  The Company is also seeking partnering on a global level.

How Can The EnergyMax Do This?

The EnergyMax™ power system utilizes the separate benefits of 3 basic motor operational systems not previously combined into a ½ HP single phase AC power device which:

1.  Uses single phase AC windings and laminations configured into multiple arrays which produce the same effect as 3 phase coil groups in a synchronous motor, to start, then run the system.

2.  Uses multiple squirrel cage and laminations rotor induction arrays, to better utilize usable flux density, rather than a single array in the rotor, with the benchmarked (Grainger) flux density for ½ HP AC motors.

3.  Eliminates side force (inefficiencies) common to cylindrical axial induction rotors by focusing magnetic flux of stators on corresponding perpendicular induction rotor assemblies.

 

How Far Along Is This Technology?

Physical prototypes are complete and performing to specification. We are still undergoing continuing calibration testing at this moment.
